You need Adobe Reader to view the pdf files. If you wish to download
a pdf file, right-click "view or download" and save the file on your computer,
choosing the option "Save Target as...". 

If you have dial-up, it will take a long time to view the pdf file.
A gentle suggestion...it would be quicker to save it to your disk.
